This was my first time filing with them. I did a search on Google for tax preparers near me and they were the first location on the list! I’m glad I chose them! I called prior to my arrival and spoke with Mr. Otis who was welcoming and professional over the phone and took my name down and ETA so that once I arrived, I could be assisted. Theresa, who prepared my taxes, was incredibly personable, efficient and professional. She made the filing process easy to understand and answered all of my questions. I will definitely share my experience with others. Look forward to working with Milton & Associates next tax year!

2020 was the first year I needed to consult with a tax service. They were able to answer all of my questions I also consulted with them on my health insurance needs. I always received a prompt call back after leaving a message. Because a live a distance from their office, I appreciated the easy of their web based system for sending and receiving documents.
